Earlier this month on June 11th, our team at Nimbis had the pleasure of attending another Zoho User Group (ZUG) event — this time in Fort Lauderdale. While we’ve joined ZUG meetups before, each one offers something unique, and this one gave us a fresh look at how these local gatherings help bring the Zoho community together.

Compared to the longer, more in-depth workshops like the Customer Experience (CX) Workshop, this ZUG was shorter and more focused. The two-hour session included presentations on Zoho Campaigns, website tracking, and marketing automation tips. Even in a short time, there were valuable takeaways and thoughtful questions from attendees.
Small Format, Big Value
One thing that stood out was the close-knit atmosphere. The classroom-style setup and smaller group made it easy to connect with Zoho staff and other local users. Many people stayed afterward for one-on-one chats with Zoho team members — a great way to get real, specific help that’s often hard to find elsewhere.
We also appreciated the casual vibe — coffee, bagels, and an easygoing setting made it feel welcoming for everyone. And with Zoho’s push for more intentional RSVPs through refundable deposits, these meetups feel more committed and productive for everyone involved.
Next Stop: Philadelphia!
We’re excited to keep the momentum going at more ZUG events — including the upcoming one in Philadelphia on July 17th. These gatherings are a great chance to learn about the latest Zoho features, get direct support, and build local connections.
If you’re in the Philly area, we’d love to see you there! Come say hello, ask questions, and see how we can help you get even more out of Zoho. See you at the next ZUG!
