Vinu is the Founder of Nimbis Designs and a builder at heart—of systems, solutions, and teams.
With a background in biomedical engineering and a focus on design and accessibility, Vinu began his career developing healthcare innovations and leading tech efforts at Go Baby Global, where he built mobility solutions for children with disabilities. Along the way, he discovered a passion for systems design and workflow automation, applying his engineering mindset to streamline complex processes. This shift from hardware to software—paired with a desire to iterate quickly and build with empathy—led to the founding of Nimbis Designs.
What started as a one-person operation has since grown into a thriving consulting firm that has served over 100 clients. At Nimbis, Vinu leads a cross-functional team that helps businesses improve their operations through custom Zoho solutions, low-code automation, and thoughtful process design. As a long-time Zoho user and advocate, he values the platform’s accessibility and flexibility—especially given its roots in Chennai, his father’s hometown. For Vinu, Zoho isn’t just a tool—it’s a mission-aligned partner in making better systems for businesses and the people they serve.
Outside of work, Vinu is an avid traveller, a sci-fi and fantasy fan, a Marvel and DC enthusiast, and a regular at live music and comedy shows. He enjoys pickleball, bouldering, and long walks on the beach—and is always itching for his next laser cut project.
Kristen Danek
Chief Operating Officer

Kristen is the COO at Nimbis Designs, where she keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.
After earning her degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware, Kristen began her career in stream restoration. In her free time, she was building automations for a local theatre company, and when longtime friend Vinu pointed out she was already doing for them what he did professionally, she took the leap to join Nimbis. In 2020, she became the company’s first full-time hire—bringing her engineering mindset and love of problem-solving into the tech space.
Today, Kristen leads internal operations and strategic initiatives while also managing client accounts. She thrives in startup life, balancing high-level operations with hands-on consulting work to keep the team moving forward.
She wears many hats, but as a huge baseball fan and Phillies season ticketholder, her favorite is definitely her Phillies cap! A passionate traveler and craft brewery explorer, she currently lives in central New Jersey with her husband.
Ailsa Greene
Chief Financial Officer

Ailsa is the CFO at Nimbis Designs and leads the Analytics Team with a systems-first mindset.
With a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Ailsa started her career in logistics and supply chain management. What started with Vinu as an initial process mapping project quickly turned into a broader role encompassing data administration, SQL transformations, and complex reporting.
Now, as CFO and analytics lead, Ailsa blends technical expertise with strategic leadership. She provides valuable financial projections and interactive visualizations to empower both clients and team members with key systems visibility. She’s passionate about turning data into insights, refining internal systems, and helping clients better understand their operations through powerful visualizations and automation. Known for her calm, collected, and thoughtful approach, Ailsa brings clarity to complexity and a steady hand to every project. A dedicated lifelong learner, she’s always seeking new ways to sharpen her skills and expand the impact of data across the organization.
When she’s not knee-deep in dashboards or spreadsheets, Ailsa is with her three young kids and her cat, Cinderella, who loves playing fetch. She enjoys strength training, baking bread, watching cooking competitions with her husband, and leading a women’s book club.
Harmony Clarke
Director of Consulting

Harmony is the Director of Consulting at Nimbis Designs, where she specializes in bridging the gap between clients and developers to ensure smooth, thoughtful implementations. With a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a focus on ethics in technology, she brings both technical understanding and a people-first mindset to every project. Certified in both Zoho CRM and Creator, Harmony has supported clients across a range of industries, helping them optimize their systems while maintaining clarity, collaboration, and care in every step of the process.
Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Harmony enjoys spending time at art museums, relaxing in a hammock at the park, and supporting her favorite neighborhood coffee and donut shop. A reality TV fan and proud dog mom, she’s rarely without her loyal companion Bentley—always close by for both focused work sessions and well-earned downtime.
Samatha Young
Director of Design

With a diverse background spanning marketing, sales, document management, web design, IT, and HR, Samantha brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Director of Design at Nimbis. She works cross-functionally with development, marketing, and consulting teams, with a focus on Creator app development. Her multifaceted expertise and collaborative approach make her an essential part of the organization’s innovation and growth.
Outside of work, Samantha leads an active and creative life. She’s an athlete who enjoys soccer, softball, track and field, ultimate frisbee, and bodybuilding. She also has a passion for the arts, often spending time painting and drawing. Samantha is a proud mom of two sons—both born on the same day, seven years apart—and shares her home with her lovable morkie, Molly, who’s always close by.
Galen Selph
Director of Software Development

Galen is a Consultant and citizen developer at Nimbis Designs, where he applies his mechanical engineering background and deep technical expertise to building scalable, sustainable solutions. With a sharp eye for lean design and process efficiency, he’s passionate about eliminating technical debt, creating automation-first systems, and delivering tools built to last. While his primary focus is Zoho development, Galen’s technical curiosity runs deep—he thrives on dissecting how and why systems work, and he’s rarely satisfied until he fully understands the details. Whether working in Zoho or digging into broader IT infrastructure, Galen brings a precision mindset and long-term thinking to every project.
Originally from Lewes, Delaware, Galen met Vinu and Kristen in college at the University of Delaware, and his collaborative spirit still defines his work today. When he’s not coding or architecting systems, you can find him backcountry hiking, sewing custom hiking gear, or hanging out with his beloved cat, Poppy. He brings the same thoughtful, self-sufficient energy to his hobbies that he does to his work—always exploring, refining, and building with purpose.
Nick Rainier
Director of Business Development

Nick is the Director of Business Development at Nimbis Designs, where he leads efforts to scale internal processes and support a growing base of mid-enterprise clients. With a BA in Economics from Cornell University, he began his career in Finance at JP Morgan, later transitioning into the FinTech space with roles in process automation, legal negotiation, and business analysis. That experience sparked his interest in tech, eventually leading him to Nimbis, where he combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach. He is currently pursuing a Product Management certification to further expand his impact.
Outside of work, Nick is a proud Eagle Scout and avid mountain hiker who finds energy and clarity on the trail. A lifelong musician, he plays clarinet and both alto and tenor saxophone, and he’s also an aspiring writer with a passion for poetry and short stories. Whether at work or off the clock, he brings curiosity, creativity, and a love of problem-solving to everything he does.
Brandi Fogel
Bookkeeper

Brandi is the Bookkeeper at Nimbis Designs, supporting the team with keeping the books and other internal systems organized. A two-time Moravian University graduate with additional credentials from Kutztown University, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong administrative foundation. Outside of work, Brandi is deeply involved in fiber arts such as: knitting, crocheting, and working with her circular sock machine at “Crank Ins” along the East Coast. She’s also a lifelong Phillies fan who spends summers working with their AAA team, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. Her favorite place in the world is Devil Lake in Westport, Ontario, where she enjoys kayaking, boating, and fishing with family. She also loves word puzzles, reading, and hanging out with her beloved cat, Magic.
Daren Stewart
Interim Director of Analytics

Daren is the Interim Director of Analytics at Nimbis, bringing a strong foundation in analytics backed by certifications from Correlation One and Zoho Analytics. After working in emergency medicine and returning to school to pursue data analytics, he gained hands-on experience while working as a warehouse associate. Nimbis became his first opportunity in the field, where he now helps uncover insights that drive smarter decisions, working on projects involving SQL, KPI dashboards, and others. Outside of work, he enjoys volleyball, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and gardening.
David Drake

After starting his career in healthcare as a Phlebotomist, a sudden career-shift lead David to the Accounting and Finance industry, where he discovered a genuine passion for Data Analytics and CRM Customization. While working in finance, David built his skills through Zoho training with Workflow Academy and Apprenti, developing a knack for finding practical, data-driven solutions. Now, as a Client Solutions Consultant, he is looking forward to working closely with clients to solve problems, improve processes, and help their business reach its full potential.
Outside of work, David loves playing video games, watching movies, listening to music (he’s a big Demi Lovato fan), or spending time with friends and family.

Now a Full-Stack, Low-Code, and No-Code Developer specializing in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Deluge, he builds scalable solutions that streamline business operations. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling—especially spending time in Switzerland—baking, playing board games with friends, and relaxing at home with his wife and their cat.

Schneider is a Software Engineer at Nimbis with a strong foundation in backend development, specializing in Deluge, client scripts, Zoho Creator app setups, CRM configurations, and third-party API integrations. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Theater, he brings both technical skill and creative energy to the team. Passionate about exploring new frameworks and tools, he recently completed the Zoho Customer Experience Workshop 2025. Outside of work, Schneider enjoys DIY projects, spending quality time with family, playing board games, and baking.

Diana’s journey into software development began after working in healthcare, where frustrations with software sparked her passion for coding. After completing a rigorous full-stack coding bootcamp with App Academy, she now develops technical solutions at Nimbis, automating business processes with expertise in JavaScript, Java, Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, and React. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, working out, and dancing.

Jeff kicked off his career as a software engineer at a startup right out of college, armed with a computer science degree and a curiosity for doing a bit of everything. While diving into tools like Zoho, he crossed paths with Vinu and others who would leave a lasting impression. Though he wore many hats, Jeff always gravitated toward the people side of things, building relationships and communicating is where he truly thrives. Outside of work, he’s all about sports, cooking, traveling, and music, topics he could happily talk about for hours!

Jared is a Software Engineer at Nimbis with previous experience in Sales, IT, and QA. He has a strong focus and specialization in Artificial Intelligence. His career started off as an Electrician in his senior year of high school, followed by a short period as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut! Throughout college, he had multiple internships including QA, IT, Software Development, and as an AI Developer. In his free time he likes to take road trips and travel, and as former collegiate soccer player, he enjoys staying physically active. His favorite country he’s been to is Costa Rica because of its tropical climate and waterfalls!
Klaudia Coronel Pérez

Klaudia plays a creative role at Nimbis, contributing to both the marketing and design sides of the team. A lifelong Yankees fan, she brings the same passion to her work that she’s had for the game since childhood. Whether she’s drawing, experimenting in Illustrator or Procreate, or diving into a good book—always making time to read at least a chapter before bed—Klaudia’s creativity shines through. She also loves cooking, even if it means taking her time to get things just right in the kitchen!
