The Solution: Custom Zoho Analytics: Built to Scale
Nimbis implemented a fully custom reporting ecosystem using Zoho’s Analytics platform.

1. Seamless Data Integration
Through a custom data bridge, raw data was securely pulled from their EMR system into a dedicated Zoho Analytics workspace. This eliminated the need for manual exports while maintaining system stability, even with high data volumes.
2. Advanced Data Processing
This new and improved analytics workspace applies complex SQL logic and pivot views to transform raw data into meaningful, leadership-ready reports. This layer handles:
- Qualified admin definitions
- Credit and incentive calculations with varying payout structures
- Branch and facility-specific reporting logic
3. Custom 4-4-5 Calendar Logic
One of the most critical components was implementing the client’s 4-4-5 fiscal calendar, where each reporting month aligns to business weeks rather than standard calendar months. This ensured year-over-year consistency and gave leadership confidence that reports matched their internal accounting and performance reviews.
4. CRM-Embedded Dashboards
Dashboards were embedded directly into Zoho CRM as web tabs, giving reps and managers a single source of truth. No additional logins, no disconnected tools: just clear insights where work already happens. Members of different divisions can easily view the data they need.
An Evolving System, Not a One-Time Build
As the client’s needs evolved, so did the solution.
A recent enhancement added a Zoho Creator app for monthly goal-setting at the rep and branch level. That data now feeds directly into the analytics dashboards, allowing leadership to track progress against targets in real time.
What started as a dashboard replacement has become a scalable performance management system.
