Last month, the leaders of our team took a trip to Houston, Texas, to attend Zoholics USA 2025. Zoholics is Zoho’s annual user conference, where Zoho users have the opportunity to interact directly with various experts in the Zoho space. From one-on-one sessions with the Zoho team, to workshops, product briefings, and more, Zoholics is an incredible experience to stay on the pulse of the latest developments in the Zoho ecosystem.
Beyond this, Zoholics is also a chance to celebrate the ongoing growth of Zoho as a platform! Across the 55+ apps currently within the Zoho ecosystem, we saw major user experience developments and advancements in AI capabilities. This is a testament to Zoho’s growth as it approaches 30 years in business, with over 120 million users globally.
Throughout the week, we learned a lot, both from the Zoho team and from the incredible community we were immersed in. We’re excited to share our recap of Zoholics USA 2025.
Zoho is Expanding its AI Functionality
One of the biggest themes across Zoholics was the Zoho team’s commitment to implementing AI functionality across its apps. Our team has been experimenting internally with these features and, as of this moment, we are seeing mixed results. We’re continuing to engage with the development as it comes, highlighting the features that need improvement, as well as the features that are effective in improving the Zoho experience. Through our engagements, we’re more than happy to guide your team, using our learnings to help your team navigate Zoho’s developing AI features.
Major Platform Updates are Coming for Early Access
We’ve seen major platform updates across several Zoho Apps. From the official launch of CRM for Everyone (discussed on our blog here) to smaller rollouts across other apps, there was a lot to learn. Standouts to our team included new features coming for Early Access in Zoho Catalyst, major updates to Zoho Projects, and enhancements to Workdrive as it interacts with Zoho CRM. We also learned about improvements coming to related list filters and presets in CRM, a change with exciting implications to how teams will be able to work.
Beyond these updates to existing systems, we were also thrilled by Zoho’s announcement of its new Unified Portal solution. We have developed many portals over the years, from app-specific portals to custom integrated portals leveraging Zoho Creator. We are excited to dive into how this new Unified solution will change what it means to develop a comprehensive user portal that spans the various Zoho apps.
Overall, it was exciting to see the Zoho team make progress on many features that Zoho Partners and developers have been requesting for years. The future of the Zoho ecosystem is bright, and we’re excited to continue guiding you through it.
Zoho is at its Best with its Full Ecosystem At Play
One of the most impactful pieces of Zoholics is the ability to immerse yourself in the Zoho ecosystem. At Zoholics, our team had direct access to Zoho team members from around the world. One-on-One sessions enabled us to book time with experts on the Zoho team in order to progress challenging problems that we’re tackling for our clients. Meeting senior leaders at various Product Booths allowed us to learn directly from the source — making sure that our team stays right on the pulse of these Zoho developments.
In-Person Collaboration
We also had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with our fellow partners throughout Zoholics. At the event, we shared strategies for process improvements and learned about the new technologies and solutions implemented by our peers. Beyond work, we also enjoyed the ability to engage with other members of the Zoho Community, whether through fun photo booths, unique swag, or engaging demos.
Furthermore, we had the chance to collaborate with several of our clients who were also attending Zoholics. Through in-person working sessions and shared meals, we valued spending time together professionally and personally, further getting to know their teams.
A Milestone for Nimbis
Zoholics 2025 also marked an internal milestone for our team with our very first booth! We had a great time meeting so many current and prospective Zoho users – thank you to everyone who stopped by! As Nimbis is a remote team working across the country in nine states, Zoholics is always a great opportunity to work together in person.
Zoholics 2025 was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with individuals across the Zoho ecosystem — from the team at Zoho themselves, to other partners, and the users that push Zoho to where it is today! We highly recommend the experience to all of our clients.
To learn about the next Zoholics USA, keep an eye on your inbox early next year. We’ll also make sure to keep our clients aware as Zoholics USA 2026 approaches! Until then, feel free to reach out to our team if you have any questions regarding topics that were covered — we’re more than happy to discuss!
